Hey Everyone,

As many of you know, the offshore season in SoCal has been pretty dismal so far.

Unseasonably cold weather and water temps are probably the culprits, but with warming weather down here in San Diego, I am keeping my fingers crossed that we’ll have at least a decent September - October tuna / yellowtail bite.

Consequently…I am rescheduling the TYD tournament to Sept. 11, same location (Dana Landing, Mission Bay).

There are signs the fishing might start to break open this week (yesterday a boat reported taking some bluefin and yellowfin tuna about 90 miles south of San Diego), but rather than take a chance on August 28th, I am opting to delay a couple more weeks to Sept. 11.

My apologies in advance if this has messed up your plans to attend. The website, rules, dowload forms & on-line registration have all been updated to reflect the new date:
