Not a BTB book, but a great read nonetheless, and John Sherman’s photography is outstanding, as always. It seemed a bit pricey at $49.95 when I first opened it up, but John’s camerawork elevates it to “coffee table art book” standards, in my opinion.

Dan Blanton also has a great section in the book covering the history of the shooting head. It’s the material he was going to include in a book on shooting heads, but he now says he won’t complete the book, so this is your one place to learn more.
