my guess is 2 sided embroidery would be more costly and would also need fitted caps (or flex fit)
we could always do it over the adjustment hole or on the side. If I wasn’t so slammed with tradeshows I’d be of a bit more assistance

Yeah, the side embroidery and back embroidery are extra. For this hat, the back embroidery would either be on the velcro adjust strap, or run in an arch over the hole in the back.

This is all good stuff. Matt, I appreciate all the help you’ve given me already! Did you say you could get the embroidery files created for me? That might save enough to be able to add the side or back stitching.

yeah I’ll contact my guy. It won’t be free but he’ll give me a good price. Besides we’ll have the DSTS (embroidery file) which makes you not beholden to a certain mfr. Always a better route because if you decide to go with another vendor the original won’t release the file.
