San Diego Coastal Fishing Still Good

Point Loma Calico Bass
July 12, 2007 - If you don't have time to hit the offshore banks, coastal fishing along the San Diego area is still great. Barracuda and calico bass continue to please, with scattered spots of yellowtail and bonito. Small baitfish patterns or reaction-strike streamers like Seaducers, fished around the edges of the kelp beds will garner strikes.
