Mission Bay, August 8, 2009 - Team Pacific 1, lead by Steve Petit of La Canada, won the 2009 TYD Tournament in tough fishing conditions. An overabundance of bait, plus waters disrupted by passing high winds and big swells combined to make fishing extremely tough for both fly and conventional gear fishermen.
